I sit between GWS business owners and IT: elicit the process, design the integration, put the data in Snowflake and Power BI, run UAT, and ship. I optimize, automate, and model. I do not collect vendor badges. I have been doing this kind of work since CUB and industrial energy. I want to do it next for KLA Global Workplace Services — 3 million square feet, 135 sites, facilities, maintenance, and EH&S as one system of work, not a pile of tools.

Mapped to Sr. IT Business System Analyst, GWS / Facilities / EHS — not a generalist dump. I do not claim day-to-day Cority, Nuvolo, or Procore. I claim the job those platforms exist to do.
Facilities and workplace. Walmart Realty: remodels, relocations, expansions, grounds, lighting, energy efficiency, GNFR in-stock for supplies and fixtures, vendor scorecards for architects and civil engineers. CAT and gap systems: what the company system said vs what actually happened.
