Purpose

At every company I have worked for, and in my own work, I have been well recognized. I grow talent and judge the work by the success of the people around me. Leaders have challenged me to hear their concerns, decipher them, and put data and analytics in their hands so they could communicate up — many of those leaders moved up.

I run the full umbrella of data science: source the data, wrangle it, model it (including outcomes and time series), make the visuals, and tell the story so a C-level leader can decide whether to proceed.
